Interviewed one at a time by 4 applications engineers (technical interviews), the hiring manager (behavioral interview), and HR/recruiter (behavioral interview). Technical questions involve how to debug typical ASIC design issues, and describing ASIC design flows. Knowing the Synopsys tools is not required; if you know another tool set they assume you can learn the Synopsys tools. However if you have only been running push-button CAD flows (without knowing what the design flow is doing under the hood), the interview will be a challenge.
