I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Synopsys (New Delhi) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview was of 30 minutes total and comprised of questions from basics of MOS operation, Op-amps, digital electronics, control system, VLSI and core analog design basic. Apart from that they asked about the projects I worked on especially in core electronics.

Give the drain current equation of MOS and tell me why saturation current increases after applying more Vd to the MOS?

Interview
At the first stage of interview questions mainly were about Semiconductor physics, MOSFET transistors, basic microelectronics.
The second stage questions were mainly about circuits, inverters, triggers, current mirrors.
For the third stage they asked me to prepare a presentation and I presented it for them.
