Interview
A recruiter responded back about a day later from my application. Did a short phone screening with the recruiter for about 10 mins asking about weaknesses and strengths, why I wanted to work there, then talked about the job description and duties. A week later had a video interview with the hiring manager which did not go well, they only really cared if I could do all the duties and responsibilities right away and did not ask me much about who I was as a person and how I could be a fit. The second interview ended abruptly in 15 minutes.

Online application followed by 30 minute phone interview. 2nd interview was in person at local facility. Interviewed with 3 members or merchandising team. Had response within a week of second interview
