Interview
1st - Phone screening
2nd - Office visit (4 hours)
a. essay (short)
b. interview with various managers in the department. (personality questions/general assesment of skills)
c. If successful....an offer will be made within the following week.
Overall Sysco has a VERY smooth interview and hiring process...
straight forward, just prep and youll do well. You want to impress by conveying the fact that you have done due diligence and this is not just a job for you, that is the opportunity that you have been looking for.
