First round of interview was a set of questions where you record yourself answering the question. I can’t remember exactly how many questions, but it was less than 10. There were a few questions that asked how you would handle a certain situation. I would respond with an example of how I’ve handled a situation like that in real life. You record your answer, with video, and then you can play it back and post it.
