Applied online and recruiter reached out to schedule a phone interview. We were on the phone for <5 minutes. She told me to go through my resume which was all I did at that point. She then told me I was not a good fit for the job and she already had 10 interviews scheduled with peopole more qualifeid then me. Shows that she just did not even look at my resume. Told me she thought a different department would be a better fit for my resume and would check if they were hiring and let me know either way by the end of the week. Never heard back from her again. Shocking.
