The position is Mobile Development Manger in Egypt. The interview oragnization were very bad. The interview was planned to be with 3 interviewers (Android tech lead, iOS tech lead , peer Mobile Development Manger) but only the iOS tech lead attended the interview. The communication skills and English level of the iOS team lead are very un professional , too much interrupting , misleadingquestions( when he ask a question his way of asking missleads the interviewee to different question rather than the the original question), every time I say "do you mean bla bla bla..?" He says "no I mean ...."
