Interview
Pretty straightforward. Applied via my college's online portal. They set you up on a call with members of the research team. They ask questions about your research process, how you think about stocks, and ask to pitch a stock.

What's your research process? How do you think about stocks?
Online competency questions followed by numerical and verbal aptitude tests. This followed by video interview and then telephone interview. Time between stages was very small, hearing back a day after completing every step.

Interview
The interview process started with the Bright Network online application with a CV. Then a video interview with about 4-5 questions and a telephone interview with Bright Network where there was a mix of competency and market sizing questions(I applied for the equity analyst role).
