phone and then in person, called from HR, ophone interview with HR person on behavioral questions, then got an email from HR for in person interview with hirin gmanager. both were very supoprtive and cheering persons, enjoyed overal process
The interview process was a analyst interview not too difficult and mostly focused on behavioral rather than technical. The Superday was 3 back to back interviews in person that also

How do the three financial statements flow together
It was medium to difficult, the whole process was 45 minutes long. Interviewer was calm and patient. He was very accommodating and understanding. It was a wonderful opportunity as it focuses more on TD's culture and Vision.
