I applyed for the Portfolio Manager, Private Investment Counsel. After submiting for 2 days I got a phone asked if I would like to be forward to the position of personal banking associate as I do not have licences to sell fund now. I answered "yes". Then I got the email of the job description and online assessment. The next day, I got a call told me passed the assessment and would have a phone interview. Now I am waiting for the result of phone interview. If passed then will have an interview in a branch.

There we're total 2 rounds, both with HR. The first one was 30 mins, simple behavior questions. Second one lasted an hour, more behavior questions. Prepared 7-8 examples related to skills and product knowledge. Used 5.

The interview lasted 20 minutes. The questions were fairly straightforward, but I wasn't allowed to ask many of my own. Ultimately, they ghosted me. They initially gave me the impression that the interview went well, but when I followed up to inquire about a second interview or the reasons for not getting the job, I received no response.

The process was not that time consuming. They first ask about you availability then proceed to basic questions. The first interview is usually a phone call so you don't have to worry much and just prepare basic questions.
