Held informal conversations with team members. Young platform with growing resources. M&A growth is in its early stages. Little detail about actual role / coverage / responsibilities. New MDs are sharp and easy to talk to.

Multi-stage interview process on technical analysis and fit, with progressively senior interviewers asking probing follow-up questions on stock picks and market knowledge. Bring 2 stock pick ideas and ensure you can back up any assumptions made.

Invited to first day, large group of us, 2 rounds of interviews with two directors. Questions were not difficult, pretty standard corporate finance questions. Fancy office. It was a round robin sort of process, a lot of candidates.
