Interview
After I applied online, got invited to a panel interview, which was in the room with 20 other people. After the panel interview, in two weeks got 1:1 interview, and was hired after that based on the decision of the interviewer, was ask generic questions, how would I handle difficult customer, my strengths and weaknesses, etc.

The process was not complex and the interviewer was friendly. The time schedule for the interview was respected and the lady did not drag it with more questions.
I was stress at the beginning but my interviewer asked me to be relax and confident. It helped me alot
