These were the most unorganized and unprofessional interviews I have ever been to. The first interview I had, the lady forgot all of her questions to ask me, so I just had to start talking. I was called for a second interview two months later. I was told that I was going to meet with three business analysts because they were considering me for the job. Instead, when i got there, everyone was too busy. One man interviewed me, but also had no questions. I also met the manager at the first interview who just got back from vacation and also had no questions for me. I would have to have no self respect to work there. I drove 4 hours to get to these interviews...

Telephone Interview from HR department.
Took about fifteen minutes. Fairly relaxed. No specific technical questions just general questions about experience and skills.
Was informed that it is a pre-screen interview with a potential follow up. Friendly and candid interviewer. Also asked me about the state of my applications with other companies.
