Brief and really got to know you as a person and why you wanted the job and why you think you would be an overall good fit for it. He discussed the market and baby boomers and how it was a good time to be in banking.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why do you want to work here?
common questions and scenario questions. Interview takes 2 - 3 rounds, and interviewers are very nice. 1st round is HR interview, followed by 2nd round when you meet your future manager, and potentially key team members.
The interview was great, friendly people but it was a long process. They ask about scenarios and how you would operated they have multiple rounds and select based on your xrenenrials

Interview
4 rounds of interview. virtual interviews for first few round with Hiring Manager then team then in person interview. Required to complete an assessment as part of interview process. Took approx 2 weeks to finish interviews. Decision came after another 1-2 weeks.
