TELUS uses a lot of behavioural / situational questions and expects you to use examples from your experience.

about yourself , company, networking questions, Mock-calls / role-plays: handling an irate customer, making sure you follow up, closing the call correctly etc.

Interview
I was interviewing for a role in Google cloud support. There was a monitored open-book technical test about GCP for about an hour with other candidates. This happens before/after phone screening with a recruiter. If you pass it, then you are invited for a panel interview.
