Contacted by HR via LinkedIn and after the first round phone call interview, no feedback anymore. During the interview, HR sounds absent-minded and have problem to understand the technical term . And from the very beginning, linkedin messaging to the interview, very low efficience, everything goes very slow...not even a feedback.
After the first round interview, around 2 weeks later, HR contacted me asking for a online Predictive Index Assessment...then no feedback any more. Not even a quick message for rejection.
People need to be respectful, no one beg you for a new job opportunity, you bother people via linedin, no matter it is a good match or not, you should know how to properly teminate a interview...and leave candidate a good expression for your company.
