I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TELUS in Nov 2020
Interview
I got an interview through a referral. First I was contacted by email and asked to confirm if I am still interested. I confirmed. Then they sent a project outline I was asked to finish the project in roughly 3 days. It was related to customer churn. After I submitted the project, I confirmed a Zoom interview for 2 days after when I had to present my submitted project. Then they started to ask various questions like "tell me about yourself, how do you manage stress, overfitting, classification metrics, etc." The general questions were asked before I present my Jupyter notebook.
The interview was friendly. But, 2 of the interviewer were off on video. Long story short, I wasn't accepted for this job.

One Assignment was presented to me which was a problem to be sold and a phone call with 5 team member to present the solution and the the charts! It was easy to get to the interview but the assignment was very time consuming!
