One of the worst interview experiences I have ever had. I'll never consider applying to Telus again. Not only did my interviewer arrive late, but she commented on how I did not pick up her phone call (despite her 1. calling late and 2. sending a Google Meet invitation). I had kept my phone on silent, so I could focus on the interview. Why would you send a Google Meet invitation in the first place? What's worse is that she did not even seem to have read my resume prior to the interview. A week after, I followed up to check in on interview timelines and have had heard nothing back since. If you can't even offer the courtesy to respond back, then this speaks volumes about company culture.

Two weeks after I applied online I received an email from HR requesting a phone interview. It went very well and a few days later I received an email from the hiring manger requesting a 45 mins a phone interview. The phone interview lasted an hour and went very well. I was called in for a 3 person panel interview and had an assignment to complete before the interview. The panel interview was a standard set of questions that they each took turns asking. Two of the three people were friendly and I would be willing to work with. The third person was unhappy and appeared to dislike his job.
