I had two phone interviews-the first with a recruiter, the second with the head of their HR dept. Both interviews went fairly well. After the interview with the HR person, I was told I would hear from either her or the recruiter in the next week or so. Thank you letters were sent to both, yet I heard nothing not even the common courtesy of the generic form email saying they had decided to fill the position with someone else better suited for the role. I understand people are busy, but I wasted my time too. These people need to show a little professionalism and respect for others. I can only imagine how they treat their employees.
