Long winded. Spoke to a lot of different people answering the same questions. Did give you a good insight into the company structure though. Overall it was okay and thorough which I suppose is good

3 stages of interviewing. First was a telephone call, then an in person interview with the branch manager. Finally, the last interview consisted of a role play scenario in which you had to present as the company to a client.

Telephone interview Video zoom call In person Was a standard interview process however each stage was an hour so not too long Other interviews were 90mins Turk around between stages was about a week at maximum

the interview process was easy and very informal. I was asked basic interview questions. Went over my CV. Asked about DBS check. Everything was nice and friendly. The staff were lovely and helpful.

There are quite a few stages but you are made aware of the process at the beginning and expectations throughout. You will need to take some time to brush up on your basic maths and English skills with psychometric tests required.

Very light, easy, pointing to specific topics. Recruiters were friendly and helpful. If I assume the company has a rich background, they developed an interview process to high levels. Ultimately, I enjoyed the interview process.
