Thorough and intense process . The panel that conducted the interview was a good mix of different hierarchies in the organisation. The role play/case study allowed the interviewer to have a clearly understanding of my level of expertise. After the first role play and feedback was given , we underwent a second role play to see if i were able to work with the feedback given .
