This is by far the most riduculous recruiting process I’ve ever experienced. The recruiter firstly reached out via email to confirm if I’m aligned on the base salary range before proceeding with the next steps. Without scheduling a specific time slot, the recruiter mentioned they only do phone screens on Tuesday from 2-5pm so I had to cancel all my work meetings during this time period to wait for their call. While I’m waiting I got a generic email from the recruiter saying they would conduct similar calls for the same time period during the next 2 days, if they didn’t get a chance to call...
Habe mich nicht aktiv beworben, sondern wurde von der HR kontaktiert und es gab einen lockeren Gespräch, infolge dessen ich mein Lebenslauf hingeschickt habe. Habe nie wieder was gehört, da ich inzwischen was anderes gefunden hatte, habe ich auch nicht nachgefragt. Trotzdem finde ich dass eine Rückmeldung angebracht gewesen wäre, zumal die mich angesprochen haben

Interview
Multiple interviews have been held in the course of 6 weeks. Last interview was a case study presentation. After presenting the case study, the feedback was great. They started discussing with me when I will join which meetings should I join etc. All the discussions led me to perceive they will send me an offer. Only to be ghosted by them for a week and receive an auto rejection. I find the attitude very unprofessional
