TeamViewer UI-UX Design interview questions

Half-hour interview conducted remotely with two members of staff - hiring managers. One of them entered the call little after the scheduled time. Not sure if this was on purpose. I had been told previously at the phone screening that preceded the interview that there would be only one interview for me to get hired due to the entry level nature of the role and the pandemic.However, at the interview I was told that there would be a third stage (another interview) if I passed their one. I felt confused during the interview due to this conflicting info. Also, it took them a month to schedule the phone screening, then ten days after that to do the above interview, and another two weeks after that to hear back from them. Not sure if this is common practice but it felt exhausting and stresful to me.
