It wss 4 rounds and it took more than a month to complete them also clearing all the rounds they would not offer. Do not apply here, they show 20 to 30 LPA budget on cutshort but don't even have a budget of 18 LPA for a candidate clearing all rounds, they will just waste your time and ask you to put resignation first , i mean without offer why would one resign.

Rounds : 1. DotNet Manager Round. 2. HR Manager Round. 3. CEO Round. Interview took 1 week, a complete waste of time for me. They went with another candidate, and asked me to wait in the meantime.. CEO interview experience : CEO was literally rude during the interview, CEO was late to the interview, literally eating food in the interview. No respect. My strong hold: I have an open source contribution mostly used nuget packages, an amazing Linkedin review and a personal website built over github jobs and maintained in github. Professional reviewed resume No-Offer reason: but still the reason they told me that i am not bringing enough to the table, The iron is that they are not even aware of .net ecosystem, Not sure on what basis they concluded. My Recommendation: I will recommend anyone who is interviewing with this company, Apply to other jobs do not wait for response from Tech Prescient. My Observations : Based on CEO behavior I am pretty sure this is not a good company to be a part of it.

The best interview process ever. Highlights 1) Standard and quality of questions. 2) Nice and friendly interviewers. 3) HR/Recruiters who reply on time. Round 1: DSA and Python Basics The interviewer introduced himself and then asked me about myself and then asked me few basic to Advancd Python questions and few DSA questions which I could solve withing given time, the interviewer was impressed with my Problem Solving skills and also provided feedback wrt things I lacked. Got a call from HR that evening stating I cleared Round 1 Round 2: DSA + System Design The interview was so so friendly, he asked me a DSA question based on Recursion and then asked me to solve in an interative manner too, which I did. He then asked me to provide a HLD for a problem statement, which I did in an incremental manner, at each step he gave me feedback about my design as I went on to improve the design he appreciated it too,,,we came to an optimal design solution. I got a call from HR that same evening stating I cleared Round 2 Round 3: Hiring Manager/Technical Architect/DSA + Python I was interviewed by one of the Chief Technical Architects of the company - Kalyani. The first 15-20 minutes of the interview was just a friendly and warm conversation, which helped me to prepare for the rest of the call. The interview went from basic - easy - medium - hard questions on Python, JSON Parsing and Problem Solving which I solved, The interviewer was impressed with my skills and approach. The HR calls me the next day to inform me I have cleared all the Tech Rounds and scheduled a call with the MD of the company. Final Round: Salary Discussions, Goals and ambiitions in life, culture fit round. An offer was rolled out after this round.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tech Prescient (Pune) in Aug 2022
The interview took place in 3 stages. I got mail for the first round through the college's training and placement department. then first round was a coding round in which they had given 10 coding questions out of which 4 were MCQ and for the rest we need to solve the questions. they had their own portal with the live compiler to solve all these questions and we had a choice to select language. questions were related to arrays, strings and objects I would say the difficulty level was easy and medium. the second round was an online interview in which he asked me to solve again questions which were there in the first round live. and he asked me some counter questions. the third round was an offline in-person interview where the CEO gave me a DSA question to solve after solving that he asked me to solve for another test case and then he asked me about my projects which were there in my resume.

1st Round - Technical General questions on Angular 2nd Round - Technical Coding round on Angular 3rd Round (Final round with CEO) - Was told managerial but it was technical based on your past experience One of the rudest and unprofessional CEOs I have met. Joined the meeting 5 minutes late, took a 10 minute call in between the interview, did not smile even once in the entire interview. I was ghosted by the HR after this interview.

For campus placement, there is 1st round which has coding questions. On clearing this round there's a technical interview which basically contains questions on your previous projects done, work experience, then coding questions and finally technical questions related to technology you are getting hired for or have experience in. Then is HR round. Complete onborading process was extremely smooth.
- Questions were asked on java and springboot
