The process was frustrating and disorganized. I was told to expect four interviews, but ended up going through five.
After completing what was supposed to be the final interview with the Managing Director, I was unexpectedly asked to do another round. This last interview felt redundant since it covered nearly the same questions as before, adding no real value to the process.
It gave me the impression that there was a lack of coordination between interviewers and that my time wasn’t respected.
