Pretty relaxed and friendly. Intros, competency based and technical questions with two interviewers. Mostly tested logical thinking and soft skills, looking for examples of things like team work and empathy.

Question 1
When have you shown innovation in problem solving?
Very relaxed especially compared to other firms. Hiring managers were nice whilst still asking thought provoking questions. Interview was via Teams and there was no formal dress code. They didn't leave me in the dark as I was contacted not long after the process.

Interview
The interview process was good, they provide food and travel costs. The interview questions were a little bit tough, might be very difficult for people not have worked in the particular industry.
