I applied online. I interviewed at Texas Children's Hospital (Houston, TX) in Jun 2017
Interview
Easy process. The hiring manager seemed very pleasant and easy going. However, she said she would get back with me a week later. Two weeks passed by and nothing. I called her back and she emailed me saying that she was still interviewing candidates and that she would get in touch with me later on that week. Unless their process is EXTREMELY low, I have no hopes because 3 weeks later, I haven't heard back from her. I was well-qualified for the position.

Interview
Very thorough interview and difficult to get in, lots of behavioral interview questions. Worth it to get in there I absolutely loved working at this world class hospital. Worked on the heart floor and it was a great experience, learned so much. Found that the staff was very young. Overall great place to work and would definitely recommend.

Question 1
Name a time you had a difficult situation with a coworker and what did you do?
Scattershot and the manager wasn’t very responsive. The benefits aren’t great and the pay is lacklustre. They work employees hard and pay low. Management seems a bit undereducated. I would suggest looking at other health systems that care more about employees.
