Phone screens were virtual. In-person interviews were with several individuals, all asking similar questions. Comprehensive, both from getting to know me and allowing me to understand the culture and structure of the organization.

Questions are experienced-based, and are based in interaction skills mostly.
Phone screening with a recruiter to discuss position and initial qualifications followed by a in-depth virtual interview with hiring manager. Third interview was in person with hiring manager, colleagues and additional leadership.

Multiple Panel Interviews provide opportunities to meet more team members. The process was long, but in team was thorough and I got a good picture of what it would be like to work for them.
