I'll briefly discuss the stage 2 interview with the careers adviser and briefing and mainboard were quite intense with many different assessments.

Question 1
Stage 2: what I knew about the British army, was I interested in any corps, did I have the appropriate educational qualifications.
Mostly an interview to see if you know what the army is and whether you have the right interpersonal skills for the job. Very chilled out, not too much pressure. More of a hoop you have to jump through to get on to briefing.

Interview
3 day process of interviews, testing and leadership skills. There was also a section where you had to present to the whole group of 50 candidates. There was also a physical assessment and a medical assessment. Interviews were 1:1 and with a panel. All testing was completed using computer touch screen.

Interview
An initial briefing of two days which included fitness test, command and leaderless tasks and group discussion. Afterwards suitability was assessed with a timeframe to attend four day course. Same activities to be completed as well as interviews with a panel. Difficult planning exercise which centred around some distance/speed/time calculations performed under pressure.

Week long assessment process, I applied through the career centre. Before I went to the assessment I was assigned a support mentor to give me guidance before I went to the interviews
