long and rigorous - several managers. They ask you a series of questions and want to make sure that you are a good fit for Cheesecake Factory. The managers were not intimidating and easy to talk to.

Good, very easy to understand the questions and I was very prepared. Not too bad, interviwer was very nice. In person during working hours. Interview was less than 30 minutes

easy process, they called back right away. They asked some questions on the phone and i went in for an interview. Asked me about experience and other simple questions. Got hired!

You sit down with the manager before the opening if the restaurant at a regular table. I talked with the general manager of who told me a little about who they are and what their training is like. They were very rigorous in their process for training. Then they asked a few questions and the whole thing was over in 4 minutes
