I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Friendswood, TX) in Oct 2012
Interview
Fill out an application. They will call you and interview you on the telephone. If they like you, they will ask you to come in for an interview. After the face-to-face interview (if they are still considering you for the position), you will have one more final interview with the boss. At that time, he should let you know if you are hired. If he says that he will call you and let you know, you more than likely didn't get the job.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Glendale, WI) in Mar 2026
Interview
You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.

Interview
Very easy interview process. I sat down with one of the shift managers and we went over job duties, my experience and availability. They mostly ask about reliability and availability.

Interview
3 interviews, first 2 pretty much just about availability, last one was more scenario questions such as what you would do if you noticed a guest wasn't having a good experience and how to better it. Also asked about past work history, specifically if you've worked in retail or fast food/a restaurant before
