Recruiters will send you a list of questions for you to do their legwork on the interview process. Overall service of the recruiter was good. They are responsive and easy to work with though it's unclear to me if the recruiters know what they are looking for. For example, I was ruled out at the second interview since I didn't use UKG Pro previously instead used other HRIS. This requirement should have been written in the required qualifications section...
This role has been open for quite some time now and from what the interviewers told me, I can guess why. Apparently if you get to the 3rd interview there's a panel interview where everyone on the team has to vote in majority of your favor to be hired. I'm sure this has to do with the company's initiative towards collaboration and giving people a chance to voice their opinions. From my angle I could see how that could lead nowhere quickly especially if hiring another person is not going to help you get a promotion or other factors of work politics. Mainly bringing this up because this is not the first company I've seen use this approach and from an outsiders' perspective it feels like a waste of time & effort.
Worth a try if you can manage your expectations about actually getting the job. For what its' worth it you can use it as an opportunity to practice interviewing.
