Got a call from HR asking me about target salary and basic review of my resume. The hiring manager was very nice but she was worried so much when I focused a lot on asking about their career development as they were probably thinking of maintaining the resource for far longer than expected.

The first round was mostly behavioral with some technical questions about general finance/accounting knowledge. The second round was a technical and behavioral interview, and a case study. Afterwards, there was a coffee chat.
