I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Torrance, CA) in Jun 2014
Interview
Had a phone screening in which I was told I would be going to the next round of face-to-face interviews with two district managers. HR from ATL or FL would be setting the appointment. Got a call a few days later and interview scheduled the following week. They email you attachments about the company and interview process. They tell you to prepare your answers using the STAR method. My email attachments included the interviewers questions, clearly a mistake by the recruiter. There were 4 questions and a role play scenario. Role Play: Make Coca-Cola the exclusive beverage provider for a high school. Establish a rapport and move into the sales pitch. Key points to hit are customer service, healthy options, overcoming price objections and be familiar with the Coke/KAB recycling program. The process hasn't changed since 2011 according to the document they sent. Just FYI I aced the interview but given my extensive sales experience and admission that this was hopefully a foot in the door in order to move up in the company probably scared them away from hiring me.

Question 1
You are used to having conversations with high-level executives, how are you going to feel about calling on a places like a Chinese Restaurant with an owner that speaks broken English?
I applied online. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company
Interview
Started with HR and then they did a phone screen. From there you went to a live interview. Very thorough and had a live portion of selling. Role playing. After the acceptance letter you had to clear a background check, which did take some time.

Question 1
Here are different products and a scenario and then you had to role play.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Spirit Lake, IA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Very interactive. A couple screening phone calls by HR. Had to do a live sales call. Otherwise standard interview. HR was very engaged out of Chicago and was a great experience for such a big company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company in Sept 2017
Interview
Referred by an employee/friend. They sent me their referral link and I applied online. The process was fast but because they were trying to hire and interview before the buy out I believe. I don't believe it is normally this quick. I applied Thursday and by Friday I had a phone screen scheduled for Monday.
The phone interview was with someone from HR, very typical and average. We talked about my experiences and current role. She did ask me one behavior based questions and I had to answer in STAR format. It was probably about 20 minutes, we scheduled an in person interview while on the phone. HR will send you some information on STAR format answers and a page on Coca Cola values that the questions will be based off.
The in person interview was with the district manager and also a current market development manager. Both were very nice and welcoming. They asked me a few basic questions regarding my resume and why Coke. Then there were 3 behavior based questions, must answer clearly in the STAR format. I will say, the questions were a bit confusing and I wish I would have taken more time to think and make sure I answered all of it. They were one of those questions that had like 3 questions in 1. I could have done better, so a tip would be to have them repeat the question and make sure you take the time to think about your answer and how you can answer all the questions clearly.
Next, there was a role play. They give you a situation and some background info and 10 minutes to prepare. They leave the room.
