Two in person interviews. First was with the hiring Manager. The interview consisted of behavioral type questions, as well as broad discussion about myself and the position. There was also 5 questions on fundamental accounting knowledge. It's a good idea to ask alot of questions about the organization. The second interview was with the hiring Manager and another Accounting Manager. There were more behavioral type questions asked. So it's a good idea to research and practice how to answer those questions.
