Employment testing, one on one interview, physical/drug test, background check and a job offer. They asked STAR type questions then gave a plant tour. I got a call on my way home from the interview offering me the job as long as I could pass a physical.

The interview was a panel interview. Very calm and welcoming. Hr was very professional and friendly as well as the supervision doing the interview. Seems like a great company. They asked plenty of background questions about previous jobs. Curious about math skills also.

It was pretty basic. The three production lines' supervisors interviewed me at once. Asking about my experience, if I get along well with others, telling me what kind of hours they work, etc.
