I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Wichita, KS) in Aug 2015
Interview
Very relaxed interview. Found out that the manager had no idea how to do the job and that he was still in training. I got an offer several days later. Breifly the manager described the job but not in any detail. Was initally told there was no uniform.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company in Feb 2019
Interview
Really just an interview to see if you're physically capable of the job. Warehouse supervisor / manager probably just wants to see you in person to get a better idea if you'll quit right away in all honesty.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Houston, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied online, got an email requesting a phone interview. Phone call took about 5 minutes, scheduled an in person interview with the shift manager. Was asked situational questions then told to wait for a phone call with the decision. About 3 days later got an email saying they went with someone more qualified. Then a week later received another phone call from a different location saying they saw that I applied and was recently interviewed and wanted to interview me for their location. So I have another interview with a different manager/location in a day.
