This was a short process consisting of a phone screening and a single interview. They asked very simple interview questions consistent with the topic of childcare experience and general employment experiences. Mostly asked situational "What would you do if...?" type questions.

I got asked a variety of situational questions and about my experience before being given a tour of the facilities. It was very standard and I felt comfortable talking about everything, I got a few details about benefits and perks.

Interview
It was about an hour with a lot of in depth questions that you have to kind of be prepared for. Also I didn’t originally interview for lead teacher but they offered me that job title which is a step down from what I was interviewing for.
