Intense. One full (8 hour), day with multiple interviews beginning with Talent Acquisition and then directly into what the incumbents reporting structure ... i.e., direct superior, those to whom you will have dotted line reporting relationships as well as those with whom you will be expected to work in alignment with to achieve objectives. Process is professionally handled - with an itinerary prior to arriving at the building. You will be provided with short breaks and beverages between interviews - but make no mistake, this is an intensive interview process. Be prepared to "be on" for 8 - 10 hours. There will be a follow up, either same day if the stars align, or within a week or two with the President and with the CEO. (At this point, they are interested and they are selling you). The CEO has no problem "overpaying" to get talent ... but you will earn every nickel. Starting Bonus & / or Stock options can be on the table if you are wanted.
