Interview with direct supervisor and then with the director of operations. Pretty casual throughout, a lot of emphasis put on the hospitality aspects of the position rather than the equine competency.

Interview was conducted over the phone. Basic interview questions and interviewer was hospitable. Initial interview, followed by reference checks and final interview. Overall, positive interview experience. Job was offered after final interview call.
