I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Oct 2011
Interview
It was a very comprehensive interview focusing on overcoming challenges. Be prepared to answer questions about your mistakes, and how you responded to adversity. The Interviewer was very personable, let me take time to think on difficult questions, and reworded the question to hone in on what he was looking for.
