Interview
five round of interview. First was technical test which they told me was just a formality, second and third was f2f technical round third was webex with germany developers they asked me to write code which i am proud of and send to them . fourth was interview with manager . In all the round they told my performance was excellent and then came the telephonic hr . Before i started the process i informed i will not negotiate with salary . Hr pointed out that as I have not spend long interval of time in my last organisation i will not be given the asked hike and he offered me 10% hike which was not acceptable by me . Hr is really unprofessional and kind of bully
Went for the interview through campus placement. Interview was offline and conducted at their office. The first round consisted of questions on coding, dbms and projects mentioned in resume. Interviewers were helpful.
Interview was straightforward and pleasant as far as software interviews go. Group interview with the team who then reviews and comes to a collective decision on whether to hire you.
