Standard interview process. Need to apply via Thermo Fisher website. 2 rounds for my interview. Thermo Fisher sites vary quite a bit as they buy many new sites so it is hard to comment on the corporation as a whole when the workplace can vary a lot based on the location.

After phone screen, I had an on-site interview with the manager and co-workers at there.

GD&T basics, presentation about technical problem you have solved at your working experiences. A lot of question about personality.

Interview
I had 2 phone interviews and I went in to speak to a hiring manager and 3 other people in person. In person interview included HR and some team members. 2nd phone interview was rescheduled, they never called I had to email them and I had a quick response with a rescheduled date.
