I was given an email about a phone interview on a Thursday. I scheduled it on Friday. It was a conference call. I called in and the recruiter never showed. I then emailed her over the weekend about rescheduling it since she missed it. And she never emailed me back. So I emailed her again on a Wednesday morning again. She still did not answer. So later that day around 5pm, I called her. It went straight to voicemail so I left her a message. Today, Thursday afternoon, I still did not receive any communication from her. I have left her another email. I really don’t expect an answer from her. And I’m honestly disappointed. I find it highly unprofessional and disrespectful to not show up for an interview and not communicate with job seekers. I would love to finish the interview but I can not find another point of contact in the job description. This is really disappointing.
