Had a phone screen then had an in person interview with 2 different people. The interview was not technically since I had no knowledge of the programs used. Both interviewees asked a couple behavioral questions but not your basic interview questions, they made it more of a conversation than just you answering questions.

Asked about ProModel and any experience, although they do not expect you to know it.

Interview
They were very friendly. Asking how the commute was and seemed generally interested in my wellbeing. They asked mostly behavioural questions and my ability with the Microsoft Suite.
They seemed really eager to hear what my questions were for them so having a few prepared is a good idea.
