Long and very drawn out. It took over 1 month to be contacted after application submission. I went 5 rds of interviews and they cancelled the position after a 3 month interview process

Multiple rounds, poor communication in between, unrelated panelists, no follow up and the process took over 3 months. Constantly extended the next dates for interviews and changed on the day of or day before. Lack of alignment between the interviewers of what was actually being hired for and what the success factors were.
