I interviewed at the Carlsbad manufacturing site. The process was extremely smooth from beginning to end. There was a phone screen, and an onsite interview with 5 separate members of the team. The recruiting team was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I felt welcome and valued as a candidate the entire time. The entire process took a little over a month. Great job to the Thermo hiring team and manufacturing team.

The team asked extremely professional and relevant questions about my manufacturing experience, my approach to generating process improvement ideas, and my leadership style. The interview felt more like a professional conversation than an interview.
