I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks in Sept 2017
Interview
Very very lengthy process. First there was an online test, using web api. I couldn't clear it the first time. Then I was asked to prepare for 4 rounds and read a technical book. When i went there first time, a relatively easy technical discussion on code quality happened. I cleared. Then was told to take a day off from work, for next rounds. This time, there was a technical discussion with two interviewers. One interviewer had around 1 year experience. This 1.15 hour discussion involved only about 5-6 technical questions. Interviewers were friendly. I was not selected. HR asked me that is ok. I said ok. He then complained that they were expecting more technical depth for this much experience.

Question 1
Topics: linq, database deadlocks, exception handling.
I just had my first HR interview. The recruiter was very kind and made me feel comfortable. They also sent the rejection letter quickly, and it was quite detailed (not just an automated response), which made it a good experience overall.
but they rejected me because I didn't have any experience in "Test-Automation" which was not included in the job description.
I think they should update the description if something is gonna be a deal breaker for them.
