I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Hamburg) in Nov 2018
Interview
HR department seems to be okay. The interview includes social justice conversation, tech talk and pair programming. Interview questions and assignments are very easy but be prepared to be rejected without understanding why. Their feedback may not make any sense.
If you are an experienced developer, you will see that their quality decreased a lot comparing to the good old days. If you read the reviews of former employees, you'll understand that it is more about who you know. If some powerful people like you, than it's okay. Otherwise you will suffer even if you are very good and motivated at what you do. I agree with some former employees: it's all about politics. Go and find a place that values engineering talent, if this is what you need. In the past, an ex-Thoughtworker told me: go find a place that creates a software product like Atlassian. I understand better what he means now.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Singapore) in Feb 2026
