Most enjoyable interview process ever! All communication was clear, concise and timely. Recruiters provided feedback (positive and negative) after each step, so if you continued in the process you would be aware of what was a potential issue and address it. I was greatly impressed by everyone I meet. This is how interviews should be.
Four step process: 1) Pair programming via video conference, 2) PI Behavioral Assessment 3) Three part onsite visit (pair programming session; presentation of one of my technical projects, non-technical discussion session) 4) Interview with leadership via video conference

Question 1
There were no odd technical questions just a discussion about coding philosophy and why certain decision where taken in the project I presented. Non-technical interview was about behavior and culture.

The interview process was so good such that I did not feel like I am being interviewed. It was like I was in a project discussion and getting asked to explain all the aspects of the project.

About RBAC, CDN, Redux. I was asked to write a sql query. I was asked to draw the system design of the current project. Explaination about JWT token. Difference between type and interface, Partial, optinal. About AWS pipeline how its used in the project. End to end how the deployment is done for both Frontend and Backend.

Recruiter screen - general chat 30 mins, recruiter was lovely and informative, then more in-depth technical screen 1 hour, info sent in advance. Not sure on full process as no offer given. Not the best experience, interviewer seemed distracted and uninterested, felt it was a rejection as soon as I joined the call, interviewer often said 'I wasn't looking at your screen', in quite an aggressive tone. Left a really bad taste in my mouth, to the point where I probably would think twice about using their services, if ever in the position to.
